Brazil Mantiqueira, Carmo De Minas

Quite hard to make out as a milk-based drink, as it is quite complex. The way I can describe it is that it is a well developed chocolate-nutty taste, very sweet with milk. Clean and pleasant, creamy finish. Honestly, it would be what I look for in a more traditional bitter-sweet milk drink, opposite to the lighter acidic fruity ones. The espresso is intense and sweet, though I was hoping it had a bit more acidity to it.
