Despite what it says in its nodes, I taste a strong apple in the cup, with a nice tea-like finish. A natural that is not too intense, resulting in a nice and balanced cup. Quite acidic as the flavor develops in the mouth, but pleasant. A nice and sweet, upfront cup.
