Garut Wine

Hard to say what exactly the nodes are, but a strong ferment is apparent. A lovely balance between sweetness and acidity, surprising as the beans aren't particularly lightly roasted. Grows increasingly intense as the coffee cools down, so best enjoyed whilst hot as it grows a little sickening to drink due to its intensity. Nice, complex cup, enjoyable, though maybe not an everyday thing due to its strength.
