Peach Jelly

As the name suggests, a strong peach flavor is immediately recognized by aroma and taste when first sipping. The peach flavor itself is quite intense, making it quite hard to pick out other flavors, making the cup quite simple. On the sweeter side, growing more acidic, somewhat lime-like to me as it cools and as the peachy-ness dies down. The cup is quite enjoyable at first, but grows uninspiring as you continue to drink.
